We offer delivery services throughout South Florida*. The delivery fee may vary depending on the location of your event. The installation fee is determined by the size of the order and the amount of decorations required. Once we have the details of your order, we can provide you with an accurate quote.

Delivery Area

We take orders all over Miami Area for FREE for the orders over 149$:

Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale, Hollywood, Aventura, Sunny Isles, North Miami, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Fisher Island, Downtown, Key Biscayne

 

and over 299$:

Pompano Beach, Davie, Plantation, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Miami Lakes, Coral Gables

 

Delivery fee $19,99 & UP

SET UP AND DESISSAMBLE

Installation Fee

 

Depends on the complication and general amount of the order and costs $49,99 & UP

 

Disassemble

In order you like us to disassemble the balloon

installation there will be an additional charge of $99,99 & UP

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can easily change or cancel any order up to 3 days prior to its scheduled delivery or pickup date,

with the exception of floral products.

 

After this period, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Therefore,

we can give you store credit for your

next order within 90 days.

RETURNING POLICY

We apologize, but we cannot accept returns in our online store as we provide mainly services.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Please note that not all of our bouquets may have the same balloons in stock as pictured on our site. Therefore, substitutions may be necessary to create your perfect balloon bouquet. We may need to slightly alter the color or shape of the balloons.

Furthermore, due to supply and increased demand during major holidays, we may need to substitute certain items in your bouquet. Rest assured that we will do our best to create a beautiful and unique bouquet that meets your expectations.
