- We are allowed to make substitutions because of the store availability and the season
You can easily change or cancel any order up to 3 days prior to its scheduled delivery or pickup date, with the exception of floral products.
After this period, the order becomes final and non-refundable. Therefore, we can give you store credit for your next order within 90 days.
